Owner Statements Available Online

Did you know that you can access your owner statements and financial reports online?

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your statements, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single- use link that you can use to view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will expire after the first time you use it.

Access Owner Portal


Comprehensive transparency of accounting records:
Owners will have access to their individual owner portals. All financial reports, with copies of receipts, will be posted monthly. Year-end reports will be published detailing all income and expenses for easy tax preparation.

Effectively market and efficiently fill your vacancies:
We advertise vacancies online, posting to our website as well as hundreds of other listing sites to which we have exclusive access, including Trulia, Zillow, Hot Pads, Rent Match and Homes.com.

Receive rent payments quickly via online payment options:
Modern residents expect easy, online payment options, and will be given three convenient ways to pay electronically (cash, e-check, or credit card).

Partnership with 7-Eleven and ACE Cash Express to accept cash payments:
Tenants who wish to pay rent in cash will receive cash payment slips, which will be accepted with their rent payments at 7-Eleven and ACE Cash Express stores.

Owners receive rent payments more quickly and securely:
Our system enables direct rent deposits into owners’ bank accounts, eliminating mail delays.

Credit reporting teamwork with Experian:
We team with Experian credit reporting services, providing an added benefit for your tenants. Rental payments are shared with Experian, enabling tenants to increase their credit scores by making on-time rent payments. Late rent payments are also reported to Experian.

On-demand access to owner and tenant statements:
Owners and tenants may instantly access their individual account statements, which include a summary of property details for current and prior months.

Efficient management of property maintenance issues:
Electronic property maintenance work orders are immediately issued to team vendors so problems are quickly resolved. If requested, you may also receive an email copy of work orders and real-time property maintenance updates.

Comprehensive tenant screening:
For each potential tenant, you will receive results of a nationwide eviction search, gleaned from national, state, and county court records, including unrecorded judgments. You will receive results of a nationwide criminal search, including the Megan’s Law registered sex offender and OFAC terrorist watch lists. You will also receive the tenant’s FICO score, credit history and other public records provided by Experian.
